Pickleball terms and community rules
Effective October 5, 2026. Pickleball is provided by Sweet Action LLC, using the Sweet Action Games name. Contact lance@extropolis.ai for support, reports, privacy requests, and appeals.
Respect other players
No harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content, exploitation, spam, scams, or misleading listings. Do not impersonate another person. Do not post someone else's private information. Share only names, photos, and other content you have permission to share. You must be at least 13 to create an account. Pickleball is not directed to children under 13.
Content and moderation
You retain ownership of your content. By sharing it in Pickleball, you give Sweet Action LLC permission to store, process, and display it to the audience you select, and to review it for safety. This permission is limited to operating the service and handling reports as explained in our Privacy policy. You must have the permissions needed to share that content.
The app filters common explicit and hateful wording. Photos go through human review before being shared. Use Report on a message, player, or game to alert our support team; reports include a private snapshot of the relevant content. You can block players to hide their messages and stop direct messages between you. Blocking does not remove players from games.
We may remove prohibited content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Contact lance@extropolis.ai to report a concern or appeal a decision. A suspended account may still request account deletion.
Games and safe play
Pickleball helps groups plan recreational sessions and communicate. It does not book courts, verify venue availability, provide a referee, or provide medical advice. Follow venue rules, arrange access with your group, and take responsibility for safe play. Rotations help organize a session; they do not guarantee particular matchups or equal results.
Your account and service
Keep account credentials private. Shared games and messages require a working service and internet connection; interruptions can occur. Do not rely on notifications for emergencies. Use Settings > Delete my account to remove your account. Our Privacy policy explains information use and retention.
App license
Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app license on iOS. These community rules supplement that license and do not replace it. We may update these rules and will ask you to accept a new version when necessary.
